Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 8a-430p (Somewhat Flexible) | No Call
Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 or 3 days/wk onsite
Outpatient Only
Cases Include: Typical Heme Oncology | ​​​​​​​Not Responsible for Non-Heme Onc Infusions. Position is outpatient only
PA Medical License Required
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
