TITLE :- Pharmacist
Location :- Winchester TN
Full time


Must-Haves

Current and valid Tennessee Pharmacy license
Must be prepared to rotate on-call, including weekends
Must live within 30-minutes of the hospital to be able to respond to on-call needs when necessary.

Nice-To-Haves

Hospital Pharmacy experience
Sterile compounding experience
Familiar with USP regulations
Familiar with DEA rules and regulations
Antibiotic stewardship experience
Meditech and Omnicell experience

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
Graduate of a Program in Discipline. Bachelor’s degree, BS in Pharmacy required. Graduate of Pharmacy Schools with Pharm.D preferred

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

AHA BLS, preferred

Licenses:
Licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of Tennessee.
