Nursing Manager (NICU)

Job description

Job Title: Nursing Manager (NICU) – (Level III: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
Onsite Location: Downey, CA, US
Shift: 12pm to 8:30pm
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Note:
· Position is eligible for a 10% sign-on bonus
· External candidates only, some restrictions apply.

Required Qualifications:
· Current CA RN license.
· American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
· Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
· Registered Nurse Certified in Neonatal Intensive Care (RNC-NIC).
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
· 5 years of NICU clinical nursing experience including 3 years of NICU management experience required.
· Experience must be current or very recent.

Notes:
· RNC - NIC, NRP; MSN preferred and management experience
