Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Neonatology Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage across multiple sites in Northern Minnesota. This opportunity offers a mix of Level II–IV neonatal intensive care environments, high-risk delivery attendance, and collaboration with established NICU teams within a large regional network.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: January 2026
• Coverage Type: On-site, Multi-site
• Schedule: 5–10 shifts per month
• EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting
• Hospital

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required (NCC Certified or Eligible)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as NNP in a Level III or higher NICU
• Licensure: Active MN Medical License and DEA (willing to license)
• Certifications: NRP, BLS
• Additional: Must meet NANN minimum procedural requirements and have completed an accredited NNP program
