Location: Coon Rapids, MN – Float between Minneapolis, St. Paul & Coon Rapids
Start Date: January 2026
Schedule: 5–10 shifts per month
EMR: Cerner

Join a dedicated neonatal team caring for some of the most vulnerable patients across multiple high-acuity hospital settings in the Twin Cities. This position offers exposure to Level III and IV NICUs, a collaborative medical team, and flexibility in scheduling.

Position Highlights
• Mix of Level II–IV NICU coverage and high-risk delivery attendance
• Shifts:
– Minneapolis NICU: 12-hour shifts
– St. Paul NICU: 10-hour day & 14-hour night shifts
– Both campuses: 24-hour shifts available (no guaranteed downtime)
• Call rooms available for 24-hour coverage
• 5–10 shifts per month
• Credentialing and onboarding support provided
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Level III+ NICU

This is a great opportunity for experienced Neonatal NPs seeking a diverse, team-oriented environment with exposure to both community and tertiary-level neonatal care.
