Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner for an ongoing assignment in eastern Minnesota. This role requires floating between multiple NICU sites and supporting high-acuity neonatal care across three major hospital campuses.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 5–10 shifts per month
• Shift Structure: 10, 12, & 14-hour nights
• EMR: Cerner

Practice Setting
• Multi-campus hospital system with Level II–IV neonatal units

Requirements
• Board Certification: NCC-certified NNP (or eligible)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an NNP in a Level III or IV NICU; must meet NANN minimum procedural requirements
• Education: Accredited NNP program completion
• Licensure: Active MN license and DEA (Willing to license)
• Certifications: NRP, BLS
