Location: Ontario OR

Details:
- Level II NICU
- 24-hour call to include 6-hours of rounding
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum of 4-5 shifts per month
- May 13 and ongoing
- EMR: EPIC
- Credentialing: 30-60 days

Skills and Requirements:
- NNP certification
- Oregon NP license preferred
- AAP NRP certification
- 1-year Neonatal experience

Pay Rate: $1200.00 per 24-hours, $150.00 per hour call back

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits.  You may choose to (1) have your travel and lodging arranged and paid in full -or- (2) arrange your travel and lodging and submit eligible expenses for reimbursement.

Reimbursable Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging

This assignment is a 1099 contract position.  Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
