Locum Neonatal NP needed in Utah

Location: Utah
Rate: Hourly
Expenses: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car
Start: As soon as credentialed
LOA: Ongoing need
Need: Locum NNP/APP
License: Active UT license or will wait for a new UT license
EMR: Epic
Certs: BLS, PALS, NRP. NCC for NP and NCCPA for a PA. Must have Level 4 Nicu Surgical Experience
Schedule: 12 hour shifts - Primarily Days, Some nights and some 24's. 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am. Weekdays, Weekends, Holidays.
Census: 5 - 7 during the day. 18 - 20 at night.
Other info: Supervision: Nurses, Residents, Fellows, and NNP Students. Support: APP, RN, NEO's. Experience: 1 - 3 years min. Creds: 30 - 45 days. Level 4
Procedures / Skills: 1-3 in a level 4 ECMO surgical unit, ECMO is not required but helpful.
