Locums Neonatal NP Opportunity in Virginia! ⚕️🩺

Job description

Work Details:
• Patients per day: 7-8
• Manage and care for infants with a wide range of gestational ages and diagnoses.
• EMR: EPIC (will train if needed but prefer they have experience)
• Special procedures: Umbilical vein and artery catheterization, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, endotracheal intubation
• Must have at least two years of recent Level IV experience. Must have L&D delivery experience. Newborn nursery consults needed. No prenatal consults needed.

Requirements:
• State license required: required or licensing with compact
• Certifications required: ACLS. BLS, PALS, NRP – Neonatal NP certification required

• Full-time coverage needed for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Level IV NICU
• No call requirements
