Job description

Position: Neonatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA)
Location: Norfolk, Virginia
Setting: Level IV NICU at a Children's Hospital
Schedule: Full-time commitment with 8, 10, and 12-hour blocks
Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete (30–60 days)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days
EMR: Serener

Certifications Required:
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Licensure Required:
Active Virginia State License
DEA Certification
Minimum Shifts Per Month: 6
Travel & Lodging: Fully covered

Key Requirements:
Must be comfortable with high-acuity neonatal cases
Consistent availability is a top priority
