Locums Neonatology NP Needed in Richmond, VA

Start: ASAP (license in hand required prior to submission)
Contract: 6 months
Coverage: Full-time | Days, Nights, Weekends & Holidays | No call
Shifts: 10-hr days or 15-hr nights (no 24-hr shifts)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced NNP to support a high-acuity Level IV NICU. Provider will manage complex neonatal patients and perform advanced neonatal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage critically ill neonates across a range of gestational ages
Attend L&D deliveries and provide newborn nursery consults
Perform procedures: UVC/UAC placement, intubations, LPs, thoracentesis
Document in Epic (training available)
Patient Volume: 7–8 patients per day

Requirements:
Active state license or compact
NNP board certification
DEA
Minimum 2+ years recent Level IV NICU experience
L&D delivery experience required
Neonatal NP certification
Epic experience preferred
