Job description

This is Kaitlin, Principal Recruiter with Aya Locums. We have a new Neonatal NP opportunity near Milwaukee, WI looking for coverage as soon as credentialed.

We are willing to license you and cover travel/ lodging needed.

• Start Date: December 2025
• Variable 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
• Schedule options: 3×12s or 2×24s
• Weekends included as needed
• Recent Level IV NICU experience required
• No float required — coverage at one main campus
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
