New Neonatology Opportunity in the D.C. Area | $200+/hr | Looking for a May Start Date

Job description

Position Details:

Specialty: NICU (with some nursery coverage)

Start Date: May only – tentative on credentialing

Contract Length: 2 months with potential to extend

Schedule: Days or nights | 12- or 24-hour shifts | Flexible coverage

Pay: Over $200/hr

Clinical Setting:

Level 2 NICU | 6-bed unit

Census: ~5–10 in nursery, up to 15 in NICU

EMR: Cerner

No call required | Some deliveries involved

Must be comfortable with resuscitation

Requirements:

Board Certified in Neonatology

Active DC license (cannot license for this role)

DEA & CDS required

NRP certified (NIB care cert not required)

Minimum Level 2 NICU experience

Interview Process:

Call with Chief of Regional Based Specialties (within 24 hrs of approval)

Quick turnaround: Offer expected within 5 business days of submission
