Seeking locum neonatologist for coverage in Mississippi. Client is a well-established and highly regarded health system.

Locum Neonatologist
Mississippi
12 Bed Level III NICU
24 hour coverage, will be rounding and in-unit daily followed by call from hotel
Coverage needed as soon asap
No oscillator but have CMV, high-flow, and bubble CPAP
No cooling, surgery, or ECMO
Keep babies 26 week and up or 600 grams as long as stable and not requiring surgery
NNP coverage 24/7
Neonatologists assist NNP’s with assessments if we are extremely busy and make rounds in the well baby nursey/unit, but that all can be delegated to NNP if they prefer
Neonatologists expected to attend high-risk deliveries
EMR: EPIC
