Job description

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients with kidney diseases and disorders
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on managing their condition
- Perform procedures such as catheterization and gastric lavage as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Utilize electronic medical record systems such as Cerner and eClinicalWorks to document patient information and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in nephrology through continuing education and professional development
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of nephrology standards, practices, and systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in performing cardiac catheterization procedures
- Familiarity with psychopharmacology for managing mental health conditions related to kidney diseases
- Effective communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
