Location: Marshfield WI

Details:
- Inpatient, OR, Clinic and Call
- 4 10-hour shifts for 3 weeks
- 5 8-hour shifts for 1 week
- 1:4 rotating weeknight and weekend call
- Pediatrics through Geriatrics
- 2 Neurosurgeons and 4 APPs
- June 10 and ongoing
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60 days

Skills and Requirements:
- NP Certification
- AHA BLS and ACLS
- 1-year Neurosurgery experience including FA in OR

Pay Rate: $106.00-$140.00 per hour

Travel Benefits:
If you reside greater than 50 miles from the facility you are eligible for travel benefits. You may choose to (1) have your travel and lodging arranged and paid in full, (2) arrange your travel and lodging and submit eligible expenses for reimbursement or (3) receive a weekly travel stipend.

Reimbursable Travel Expenses:
- Round-trip flight
- Rental car and fuel
- Mileage reimbursement (in lieu of flight and rental car)
- Lodging

Travel Stipend:
- Meals and Incidentals: $448.00 per week
- Lodging: $903.00 per week

This assignment is a 1099 contract position. Malpractice insurance is provided for the duration of the assignment with $1M/$3M coverage limits.
