-Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Schedule:
-Cases: complex spine cases
-No airway certifications required
-Work Details:
· Support staff: MA: Yes, PA/NP: 1
· Patients per shift: 5
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Trauma Level: 3
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: General Neurosurgery (Adult and Trauma), Spinal surgery with instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Spinal surgery w/o instrumentation (Cervical, Thoracic, Lumbar), Placement of ICP monitors
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
-Requirements:
· Board Certification: Must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
· License required: Active CA License
· Minimum experience required: 2 years of current Hospital clinical activity in the specialty
· Active CA DEA
· Certifications required: FLURO certification is required (can have the temp FLURO)
-Typical privileging timeline is 90 days.
-Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
