A regional referral center in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to provide call-only locums coverage beginning January 2026. This facility features a Level II Trauma Center and a highly regarded neuroscience program offering comprehensive spine, trauma, and cerebrovascular services.

Assignment Overview
• Start Date: January 1, 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: Call Only (details TBD)
• Setting: Inpatient / Level II Trauma
• Hospital Size: 396 beds
• Average Volume: 20–25 patients per day (adult & pediatric)
• Support Staff: 1 MA and 1 APP
• EMR: Cerner

Compensation & Logistics
• Daily Rate: $3,500–$4,000
• Additional Pay: Hourly callback compensation
• Travel & Lodging: Provided
• Malpractice Insurance: Covered

Qualifications
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
• Active Indiana medical license
• DEA and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years post-training experience preferred
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days
