We are currently seeking a skilled Locums Physicians Neurological Surgeon to join our prestigious medical team in West Reading, PA 19611. As a Neurological Surgeon, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care for patients with neurological conditions.

Coverage Type:
You will provide coverage for scheduled clinical hours, as well as be available for on-call duties. This includes weekend coverage. Your commitment to delivering exceptional care during clinical hours and being responsive to on-call responsibilities is highly valued.

EMR System:
Proficiency in working with the Epic EMR system is required to effectively manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

Practice Setting:
You will primarily work in an inpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring neurological surgery.

Request Type:
This position is for locum tenens coverage, providing temporary support to our esteemed medical facility.

Minimum Board Certification:
You must be certified by the appropriate board in Neurological Surgery to be considered for this role.

Work Schedule:
Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call expectations of 1 in 5. During clinical hours, you can expect to see approximately 8-10 patients per day. Rounding will be required, involving approximately 5 patients and lasting approximately 4 hours.
