Job description

Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Start date: Open to December or January starts
Open to full time or 1-2 weeks per month
Contract Length: Ideally 6 months
All Outpatient
M-F, 8a-5p
EMGs not required but preferred
MA support
30 min – 1 hour visits (flexible here)
No inpatient call
Credentialing 4-6 weeks but also considering emergency privs
