Outpatient only
Mon-Friday 7-4 or 8-5
EMR: Full epic
2 EMG rooms and 2 EEG rooms
Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients per Locum per day: 13-16
8 Neuro providers at practice and 5 NPs
Support staff: 5 MAs, 1 LPN, 1 PT, 1 SLP
Ages 18+
Trauma Level/Designation: ER only at this time
Procedures: EMG and General Neuro

• Reading EMGs and General Neuro
• High Rate
