Locums Tele Neuro Radiologist - Will license!

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Neuroradiologist to provide locum services for a high-volume imaging practice. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking consistent coverage in an acute care hospital setting. Coverage is needed beginning January 2026 for an ongoing contract with potential for an ongoing placement.

🏥 Job Details:

Setting: Acute care hospital

Schedule: Flexible 8-hour shifts, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Sunday

Coverage: Scheduled shifts only; no call required

Shift Commitment: Full-time coverage across weekdays and weekends

Patient Volume: Weekdays: 45–50 CT/MR studies; Weekends: 55–70 CT and 20 MR studies

Patient Population: Adults

Modalities: CT and MRI (neuro-focused)

Focus Areas: Neuroimaging only — trauma and stroke protocols included

Procedures: Diagnostic interpretation only; no interventions required

Systems: EMR: Epic; PACS: Sectra; Dictation: Powerscribe

📋 Requirements:

Board Certification: Required in Radiology

License: Active state license required (willingness to license available)

Certifications: DEA and other applicable credentials

Experience: Neuroradiology fellowship required; must be comfortable with trauma and stroke protocols

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60–90 days; temporary privileges available
