Rate: Hourly plus expenses
LOA: Ongoing
Start: ASAP, ongoing until perm found
Lic: Need active Oregon license
Schedule: Need 1-2 weeks a month of Locum coverage. 7a-5p clinic and rounding, 8a-430p clinic
Call: Yes, 5p-7a
EMR: Epic
Volume: 14-15 ppd, 20 ppd inpatient
Certs: BC/BE, Oregon DEA
Other info: Need 2 years' experience+. privileges in 30 days-temps, Need clean file. There is APP support. Full scope card reads EKG, TEE.
