Certified Nurse Midwife Needed in Maysville, KY

•Work Hours: Clinic 8am-5pm (when not on call) & 10am-5pm (when on call)
•4-day or 5-day work week (up to provider)
•Call: Currently 1:4 (goal is to always have someone provide coverage at the hospital - coverage 24/7 - Managing patients @ rural hospital while seeing triage patients in the office and @ hospital)
•Attend & do births at the hospital (no at home deliveries) (hospital is Meadowview Regional MC)(whoever is on call, will do the deliveries during those hours. OBGYN available for back-up)
•Unless an emergency, not required to assist with C-Sections
•Approximately 18-24 patients seen per day (start off slow then work their way up)
•Provider will be working independently once they've been observed for a period of time. OBGYN's are always available if there are questions.
•Responsibilities: Annual exams, breast exams, STD screening, uncomplicated GYN procedures, reproductive health, contraception, common GYN conditions, prenatal care, colposcopy, urodynamics, U/S and NST
•Only able to accept candidates who are CNM (No CM or CPM)
