Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced In-House OB/GYN Physician to join our team at our medical facility. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. The physician will be responsible for managing unassigned deliveries and providing care in the OBED, including handling cases such as GYN emergencies, ectopic pregnancies, and other related conditions. The position requires proficiency in performing vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and ectopic pregnancy treatments. The physician must be willing to cross-credential at all Medical City sites, including Plano, Dallas, Las Colinas, Lewisville, and Alliance.
Job Details:
• Job Title: In-House OB/GYN Physician
• Experience: 3-5 years preferred
• Shift Times: 24-hour in-house shifts from 7 am to 7 am
• Shift Responsibilities: Unassigned deliveries, OBED (GYN, ectopic pregnancies, etc.)
• Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, ectopic pregnancy treatment
Additional Requirements:
• CV (Curriculum Vitae) must include all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
• Work history must be in sequential order with the most recent on top
• Any gaps in work history over 30 days must be explained on the CV
• All licenses, boards, and certifications with expiration dates must be listed on the CV
• Providers with a malpractice history must provide an NPDB report
• Providers with legal issues must provide supporting documents
Availability:
• Provider's first possible available start date
• Number of shifts the provider can offer per month
• Month with a completely open schedule
• Shift preferences (day, night, blocks, etc.)
• Dates in the next 3-6 months when the provider cannot work
• Holidays in the next 3-6 months the provider would be open to working
Certification Requirements:
• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified
• DEA

State License Requirement:
• Texas
