6-8 shifts per month 8AM-8AM IN HOUSE
Total Number of Beds: 6 labor rooms and 9 postpartum rooms
Number of Physicians in Practice: 5
How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 9 CNM's
What Percentage of Practice is GYN: 25%
What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 25%
Average Number of Nursery Admissions Per Day: 0
Nursery Level (I, II, III): 1
Documentation System/EMR: epic and meditech
90 day credentialing timeframe

Facility does not reimburse for credentialing fees.

Board Certified- Required
MA license at the time of submission - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Highly Prefers local providers,
Covid vaccinated - Required
BLS- Required
