DESCRIPTION: 3 NEEDS
• Setting: Clinic, hospital, and call
• Total number of beds: 15
• no APPs at this time
• Support staff: medical assistant, RN, sonographer
• 2-3 exam rooms
• Onsite lab and ultrasound
• Basic OB/GYN services including colpo
• about 50/50 low risk vs. high risk pregnancies
• 60% of practice is GYN
• EMR: Cerner
Call Requirements:
• Provider must be willing/able to do both OB and GYN call.
• The facility’s weekend call is from 8 am Saturday through 8 am Monday. Provider must be able to commit to these times.
• Provider cannot be greater than 30 minutes from the hospital during their call commitments.
REQUIRED:
• IL state license or IMLC; active, unrestricted
• Board Certified, BE (within 2-5 years of residency
• NRP
COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
• Coverage needed ASAP-ongoing.
• Monday-Friday 8a - 5p, and 1:3 call (nights and weekends)
• Cred timeframe: 30-60 days
• Must be available to cover at least 3 FULL weeks/month.
