DESCRIPTION:
• Staff onsite: 6 physicians, 1 Mid wife, 1 APP women’s health and prenatal care, 1 APP women’s health
• Average patients per day: 20
• How many deliveries per month: 35-40
• Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
• 5-7 days of OB floor coverage per month with office time for prenatal care. Clinic hours with adjustments for delivery time and surgery time.
• Procedures: Gyn Surgery is a plus Accessa Procedure, Urodynamics, Leap, in office ultrasound, Non-Stress Testing, Genetic testing/Cancer IQ

REQUIRED:
• Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
• License, DEA, CSR
• Minimum # Years Experience: 2

COMPENSATION:
• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
• Malpractice insurance provided.
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation.

SCHEDULE:
• M-F | 8a-5p
• Weeknight Call coverage 5p-8a for 3-4 nights per week
• 24-Hour Weekend Call 1:4
• Travel Allowed: Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation
