Credential Window: 30-60 days
CERTS: ACLS; BLS
License: IL
Volume at facility: 400 deliveries/year
Required Procedures: C-sections, D & Cs, Vaginal Deliveries, Ectopic
Pregnancy management, ovarian cyst removal, vaginal hemorrhaging management
