McLaren In Bad Axe, Mi is looking for a locum OB/GYN for coverage asap! MI License to apply-EOW coverage-$2,300 daily rate!

Current Needs:

Providers must be available to start in October
Future dates will be needed as well.

8a - 5pm Tuesday-Thursday clinic. Call coverage is 24/7.
Coverage is requested every other week 0700 am on Friday to 0700am Friday.

Scheduled C sections and Sterilization
20 average in clinic. average of 25 deliveries per month

1 NP or Midwife in office. Clinic across from facility so all ancillary services in house
Clinic supervisor, 2 patient access staff, and MA
EMR: Cerner

Must be proficient and comfortable with all OB/GYN Procedures and skills 

Car ex $150 cap (including taxes) rental must be refueled before being returned 
Malpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Orientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate


Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using DocTime - no timesheets will be approved

Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified OBGYN (No BE) - Required
MI License & CSR at Submission - Required at time of clear, no exceptions - not accepting IMLC
BLS - Required 
Provider must be local - REQUIRED, no exceptions
Must have clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED no exceptions

Please provide all availability if not available for listed dates about - required
DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear

Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Trav & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA.

Employee Health Requirement

a. Flu vaccine for 24-25 season
b. Covid documentation - If 24-25 booster has not been received a declination is needed
c. TB - 2 step skin test within 12 months or Quantiferon within the last 6 months
d. TB Questionnaire 
e. Hep B - titer with quantifiable numbers or declination 
f. MMR - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
g. Varicella - vaccine series or titers with quantifiable numbers
h. TDAP - adt vaccine (within the last 10 years)

BLS (AHA)
Board Certified
Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
DEA
PALS
State License Requirements
Michigan
