Coverage Needed: OBGYN
Reason: Provider going on Maternity Leave
Dates: Starting Aug 1st

Specialty Needed - OB GYN
Will you accept Multiple providers- 2-3 providers
Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital
8am-4pm Clinic
7am- 7am Hospital Call

What are the days for Call- Weekday and Weekend
What Time does the Call start- 7 a.m.
What Time does Call end- 7 a.m.
Age of patients - teens - 80
Type of Charting /EMR -McKesson
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Certified
Is Fellowship required- yes
Travel and Lodging (is there a Corp Rate somewhere?)- no

REQUIRED CERTIFICATE:
• Board Certified
• ABLS
• ACLS
• ATLS
• BLS
• PALS

STATE LICENSE REQUIRED:
• North Carolina
