Job description

Work Schedule: NEED FT Coverage – 4 weeks a month - Open to 2 providers

· Monday: clinic 8am – 5:00pm (with lunch from noon – 1:00pm)

· Tuesday: clinic 8am – 5:00pm (with lunch from noon – 1:00pm)

· Wednesday: clinic 8am – 5:00pm (with lunch from noon – 1:00pm)

· Thursday: 24-hour call coverage, onsite coverage (7a-7a)

· Friday: no shift



Dates- April 6th 2026 – ongoing

Census- 15-20 PPD

EMR- EPIC

COVID Vaccine- Awaiting answer
