About the clinician's workday

The clinician must provide comprehensive obstetric care including management of low and high-risk pregnancies, FHR interpretation, and OB ultrasounds. Labor and delivery responsibilities include routine vaginal deliveries, low forceps procedures, C-sections, breech deliveries, multiple births, and VBAC management. Gynecologic duties encompass surgical procedures including laparoscopic diagnostics, tubal ligations, ectopic pregnancy management, and ovarian procedures. The position requires 24-hour call coverage with board certification and prescriptive authority.
