About the clinician's workday

The clinician will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic services through 24-hour call coverage managing both inpatient and emergency department cases. Primary responsibilities include responding to obstetric emergencies, performing cesarean sections and gynecologic procedures, and managing labor and delivery cases during assigned shifts. The position requires board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with prescriptive authority mandatory for optimal patient care. Documentation must be maintained through electronic medical record systems while ensuring continuous coverage for all obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
