• Dates needed:
o October 5th 0700 – October 10th 0700
o November 2nd 0500- November 7th 0600
o December 8th 0700- December 12th 0700
• Cover call and some clinic hours. (Clinic is not a deal breaker) 8a-5p
• Approx. 250 deliveries per year
• 15-24 patients per day
• Oregon medical license
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice included
