Expect is a fitness platform that challenges everything we think we know about pregnancy. Our OBGYN-reviewed workouts and informative videos are backed by the latest medical science, giving women the peace-of-mind to defy outdated tropes about bedrest and set higher expectations for their bodies, their pregnancies, and the health of their children well beyond birth. This is boutique-quality fitness for women of all backgrounds — at any stage of pregnancy. And we think it's a game-changer. Expect Fitness has a study at University of Alabama and an upcoming pilot at Penn Medicine's Helen O Dickens Center for Women's Health. Expect is looking to connect with OB-GYNs to join our advisory board to review, approve, note, or reject content in part or whole. All advisors will be compensated for their time.
