LOCUM POSITION DETAILS #47210 – 20 min from the beautiful National Forest.

DESCRIPTION:
• 24 Hour Shifts in blocks. Minimum 4-10 shifts available per month. ASAP – Ongoing.
• NICU Level: III
• EMR used: EPIC

Hospital:
• Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 167
• Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 40-50
• Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalists (not including deliveries) (monthly): 318
• MFM: 1 day per week on-site & available for consults
• Residency Program? Yes
• In-house Anesthesia? Yes
• Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: Yes –Emergency only
• Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No
• Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: Yes
• First Assist Available to the Hospitalists: Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Midwives: Yes
• Hospitalists to Backup Family Practice: Yes
• Backup Available to the Hospitalists: Yes

REQUIRED:
• SD state license; active, unrestricted.
• Board certified – OBGYN; BE within 5 years post training/education.
• Minimum 100 deliveries in the past 24 months
• DEA
• Covid Vaccination – exceptions
• Want phone interview days/times noted on present that are about within 7-10 business days from presenting.
