Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician Needed in Baldwin, WI

Start Date: 12/22
Contract Length: 1 week – potential for future dates (march)
Shift Details: 24 hr call - Can stay in house or in duplex about mile and a half away or in close by hotel
Work Details:
• Support staff: 3 OB RNs on 24/7 for support and midwife on call 24/7 as well – C-Section call
• Patients per day: Less than 2 deliveries in 24 hrs
• Department description: critical access hospital
• Hospital bed size: 7 rooms beds
• Special procedures: c-section call, backup to midwife
Requirements:
• Board Certification: Yes
• License required: WI Only
• DEA: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP – emergency privs

• Full time or part time
• Travel and lodging included
