Specialty Focus: ***Surgical Assist Need*** General Surgery will be highest priority, but also Orthopedics, Ob/Gyn, Urology, ENT
• Daily Census: Typical volume of 10–30 cases.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Cases occasionally run until 6:00 or 7:00 PM.
• Weekend Coverage: Possible rotating weekends.
• Call Requirements: No call expected.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient only; no outpatient clinic responsibilities.
• Supporting Staff: Surgeon, scrub tech, circulating RN, and CRNA.
• Responsibilities: Assisting in the OR on surgical cases only; no supervision of APPs or residents required.
• Location/Licensure: Georgia; provider must be GA Licensed.
• Board Requirements: Board Certified.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• EMR System: Epic.
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days.
• Contract Logistics:
o Start Date: August 3, 2026.
o End Date: December 31, 2026.
o Reason for Coverage: Extra volume.
