Occupational Medicine NP/PA Needed in CO

Job description

I have a client in Alamosa, CO seeking an experienced Occupational Medicine NP/PA for locum coverage starting as soon as possible. Please see a few details below:

DOT REQUIRED

Contract Length: 6-12 months (Ongoing)
Schedule/Shift Details: M-F, Open to Either 5x8's or 4x10's. Hours flexible between 7:30a-6p

Work Details:
• Patients per day: 15-17 (80% are Workers Comp)
• Adults only
• Outpatient Clinic
• EMR: Meditech
• Special procedures: Bread and Butter

Practice Setting:
• Clinic/Private Practice

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or Truly BE
• State license required: Yes
• Certifications preferred: ACLS
• Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
