Occ Med APP Needed in King City & Soledad, CA
Job description
Start: January
13 week assignment
**Schedule:** Mon–Fri, 8:30a–5p
* Ensure compliance with all licensing and accreditation requirements.
* Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients using Agile’s care model.
* Document all patient encounters by end of shift.
* Coordinate with Center Medical Director to maintain standards of care.
* Support center operations, workflows, and growth opportunities.
* Communicate with client representatives regarding employee injuries.
* Provide clinical guidance in absence of Medical Director.
* Use clinical systems for efficient documentation, coding, and charge capture.
* Maintain compliance with state regulations and Workers’ Compensation laws.
* Build relationships with clients and payers; respond within 24 hours.
* Support staffing, workflow optimization, and patient satisfaction.
* Promote professionalism, collaboration, safety, and quality improvement.
* Graduate of accredited PA/NP program; unrestricted CA license (or in progress).
* BLS/AED required; ACLS preferred; NRCME (DOT) and DEA required.
* Occ Med, urgent care, or ER experience preferred; new grads welcome.
* Strong decision-making, customer service, confidentiality, and clinical skills.
* Ability to teach, communicate effectively, and work in a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of medical office procedures and EMR systems.
* Commitment to Agile’s standards and continuous improvement.
