Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Shift Type: Days

Call: None

Practice Setting

Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine Clinic

Patient Focus: Work-related injuries, physicals, and employer-based health services

Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat occupational medicine patients following established clinical guidelines

Determine and monitor appropriate levels of care

Complete medical documentation by the end of each shift

Communicate with employer representatives regarding injury care and status updates

Support quality initiatives, clinical workflows, and patient care standards

Provide clinical guidance to staff in the absence of the Medical Director

Ensure compliance with state practice regulations and workers’ compensation guidelines

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

Active California NP or PA license (or in progress)

DEA required

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certification required

Experience in Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine preferred

New graduates with strong interest in occupational medicine encouraged to apply
