• Length of Contract: 6-12 months (Ongoing)
• Patients per day: 15-17 (80% are Workers Comp)
• Cases /Procedures: Bread and Butter
• Board Certification: Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Certifications preferred: ACLS, BLS, DOT REQUIRED
