Job description

• PA (WILL NOT TAKE NP)
• Occupational Health
• Will consider FM Provider with OCC EXP
• 2-3 Days a Week. MWF
• Possible CALL Coverage
• Must be DOT certified
• NO T&L
• physicians, injuries
• PPD 15-20
• support staff, senior team members, RN's
• 1 week credentialing
• must be able to do lacerations
• fracture care
