About the clinician's workday

The clinician will treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting, working 4-5 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with no call requirements. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating work-related injuries, performing pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for private companies and governmental agencies. The clinician will evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis, may oversee and collaborate with advanced practice providers, and perform in-office procedures while communicating with employers. Patient demographics consist of 90% occupational medicine cases and 10% urgent care cases, with an average caseload of 20-25 patients per day.
