• BC/BE
• FP/IM or Occupational Health Physician
• 4 days per week
• South Jersey in Gloucester County, Camden County, Burlington County - exact location based on date
• Must have DOT certification or be willing to obtain one
• Must have DOT experience
• DOT physicals, Drug/Alcohol testing, Physical exams
• 100% Medical Surveillance NO Procedures
• No call
• Adults only
• Paper charting
• Mileage available, prefer local candidates
• Will be working at transportation, construction, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and trades and labor companies
