Otolaryngologist Needed in ND (will license -IMLC)

Job description

I have a client in Minot, ND seeking an experienced Otolaryngologist for locum coverage starting in June. Please see a few details below:

Shift Details: 5x8; 3 days in clinic, 2 days in OR

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p; on surgery days can be earlier 7/7:30a.

· Amount of coverage needed per month: 20 days per month
· Patients per day: 15-18 on clinic days and 7-10 on OR days
· Patient population/age: all ages; they are heavy in peds right now and very overloaded
· EMR: Cerner
· Hospital bed size: 318
· Special procedures: bread and butter ENT; ear, larynx, nasal/sinus, throat, peds (ear tubes, tonsillectomy, etc) procedures
· Skills required: bread and butter ENT
Practice Setting:
· Hospital - they will be in the clinic located at the hospital 3 days per week and in OR 2 days per week
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· State license required: No but must have IMLC for licensure
· DEA: Yes
· CSR: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
· Minimum experience required: prefer 10+ years' experience is highly preferred; no new grads

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
