Orthopedic Surgery PA/NP Locum Needed in Northern CA

Job description

- Schedule: Looking for a full time provider who can commit 6 months starting in December. Shifts will be 8am-5pm in general but won't always be exactly those times. There will be days where they need to round at the hospital prior to coming into the clinic. The days they're operating and not in clinic their start time will depend on how many surgeries they have. In general a 7am start will be expected when operating. Call will differ each month.
- On call 5 days per month and one weekend approx. every 5-6wks. The Monday-Friday days they will be in clinic or operating.

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 20-22
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: comfortable assisting with most orthopedic surgeries.
Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements:
· License required: Active CA License Only
· DEA: Yes
· Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
