Shift Details: 24-hour Beeper Call and Call back. Call response Time required: 15 minutes
-Work Details:
• Department description: Inpatient/Outpatient both required. Trauma Level 4 facility.
• Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA
• Rounding: both
• Admissions: required - 6 or less
• Patient Consults: Yes
• Practice Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient
-Requirements:
• Board Certification: Certified
• License required: Licensed in AZ
-Credentialing Timeframe: 5-7 Days

• Ongoing need
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Active AZ License required
