About the clinician's workday

The orthopedic surgeon will provide comprehensive 24-hour coverage for general orthopedic cases at this Level III trauma center. The clinician will manage emergency department consultations, perform necessary surgical procedures, and provide inpatient care for orthopedic patients. Higher acuity cases requiring specialized care are transferred to facilities to the north. Board certification in orthopedic surgery is mandatory for this locum tenens assignment.
